Landry's birthday was this spring but I still want to post a few pictures of things we did to honor his day.
We started with lunch and a visit to the cemetery. It was a nice day but still not too warm. Bentley and Abby always have the regular race to the bottom of the hill. I don't complain, it uses a lot of energy.
Of course we always have to get a few pictures just because.
Some of the gifts we have received over the years on Landry's birthday, including this year. I will have these on display each year to help us celebrate our little guy. This year a friend brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they lasted for a long time. Thank you all.
Each year we like to do something in honor of Landry. We can't physically give him a gift so it is fun to give one to someone else in his behalf. This year I had an idea come to my mind that I could not resist doing. I asked a very talented friend to draw this little angel in the arms of our Savior. He had just passed away a few months prior. She was happy to help and it turned out beautifully!
We will always miss our little Landry but we are grateful for him being part of our family. I am positive the parties in heaven are perfect, and I cannot wait to celebrate them with him one day. Until then we will do our best to honor and cherish this special little one.
